LIV Golf joins antitrust lawsuit against PGA Tour

Carlos Ortiz, Abraham Ancer, Dab Perez and Jerrika Kokrak withdrew their names, leaving just seven golfers including six-time major champ Phil Mickelson plus Bryson DeChambeau together with LIV Golf as the plaintiffs in the legal action.
Previously this month, 11 golfers participating in the particular LIV Golf collection filed an antitrust lawsuit to problem their suspensions with the PGA Tour.
Three golfers still on the lawsuit — Shiny Jones, Talor Gooch and Hudson Swafford — had their own request for a temporary restraining order to play within the FedEx Cup playoffs refused by a judge previously in August.

PGA Tour said they were “aware” of the amended complaint but had simply no comment. CNN provides reached out to LIV Golf but did not immediately hear back again.
