SEOUL: North Korea mentioned the United States is taking advantage of its COVID-19 break out by offering humanitarian education aid with politics purposes.
North Korea’s foreign ministry said within an article published on Thursday (Jun 30) that the United States’ offer was a plot to water lower international criticism of its hostile policy towards North Korea.
The ministry rebuked the United States’ offer of humanitarian education aid to be insincere amid its current military exercises and moves to impose more sanctions.
This added that the Usa, which failed on its own COVID-19 crisis, ought to drop its “foolish” offer, and care for its own situation at home.
Washington plus South Korea got offered to provide humanitarian education support, such as COVID vaccines and healthcare supplies, to North Korea after the first COVID-19 break out since late 04, but got simply no responses from Pyongyang.
