Warrant out for arrests of 3 Chinese nationals

CHON BURI: Police have issued a warrant, approved by the particular Pattaya Court, for your arrests of 3 Chinese nationals following a death of a Kyrgyz woman in Pattaya on Sept 16, police said.

Pol Maj Gen Thitawat Suriyachai, commander of the Cybercrime Investigation Division 4, in his capacity because deputy chief of the police team for that investigation of sexual abuse cases towards children and ladies, identified the three since Nin Wai Siu, 48, a Hong Kong Chinese man, and two Chinese ladies – Song Qianli, 32, and Rou Li, 27.

The three are wanted for alleged human-trafficking and other related charges.

The warrant for that arrests of the 3 suspects followed a police search on Sunday of a house at Natcha Housing Estate in central Pattaya in tambon Nong Prue of Boom Lamung district plus detained Wang Gang, 45, the owner of the home, for questioning in connection with the case.

An investigation into the case was conducted after the Kyrgyz woman, Anara Seitaleva, 30, plunged to death from the seventh floor of the condominium on Khao Thapaya road in tambon Nong Prue. She was initially believed to have committed committing suicide.

3 days previously, upon Sept 13, Seitaleva filed a complaint with Pattaya law enforcement.

In her complaint, Seitaleva said she had been contacted and offered a job in Pattaya by a Chinese couple, whom she met through a Kyrgyz buddy. She was guaranteed 20, 000 baht a month for a work related to tourism.

She found its way to Thailand on Come july 1st 15 and had been met at Suvarnabhumi airport by a Chinese language man. After over-nighting in Bangkok, the person took her in order to Chiang Rai within the North. From Chiang Rai, she was taken to Laos with the immigration checkpoint within Chiang Saen area.

Within Laos, the Chinese language man took the girl passport and pushed her to work for any call centre bunch, but she could hardly do the job. She was then forced into prostitution.

Seitaleva said the girl was filmed while wearing sex with customers to blackmail her.

On July 27, the particular Chinese man took her back to Asia. They returned in order to Bangkok where she was forced to continue selling sex.

She managed to escape from the gang on Sept 11 and took the taxi to Pattaya where she wanted help from a German man and remained in his room inside a condominium.

Seitaleva fell with her death from the 7th floor of the condominium on Sept sixteen.

The German man informed police that Seitaleva was a friend associated with his girlfriend.
