North Korea may be preparing to test submarine-launched ballistic missile, South Korea military says: Report

South Korea’s military has detected symptoms that North Korea may be preparing to test a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM), Yonhap news agency documented on Saturday (Sep 24), days prior to a visit by US Vice President Kamala Harris.
