Blinken to visit Japan to pay condolences over Abe

BANGKOK: US Admin of State Antony Blinken will pay a brief condolence visit to Japan following the assassination of previous Japanese prime ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) Shinzo Abe , the State Department stated on Sunday (Jul 10).

Blinken will travel to Tokyo on Monday to pay his values to the former leader and meet with mature Japanese officials before returning to Washington from an Asian trip that he is now overall.

Blinken is in Thailand on a pre-scheduled visit and had experienced Indonesia on Fri attending a Group of twenty nations’ foreign ministers meeting in Bali when Abe has been shot and wiped out. He will be the most senior US recognized to visit Japan within the aftermath of Abe’s death.
