The secretary-general of the Election Commission (EC ) has dismissed a challenge to the status of the&nbsp, People’s Party, the reincarnation of the disbanded Move Forward Party, saying the new party has just opened branches in all regions of the country.

The Thinkakhaochaovilai Party, which has since been renamed the People’s Party, held a conference last week to set up branches in all provinces in accordance with the law, according to EC Secretary-General Sawang Boonmee, who had already informed the party’s registrar about the tree opportunities.

The report had only arrived and had yet to be verified, so the EC site had yet to be updated correctly, said Mr Sawang, who is also the social group secretary.

The Women’s Party will launch a new branch in Phitsanulok, according to the EC secretary-general, to allow it to run for a byelection that. Following the expulsion of past Move Forward Party executive Padipat Santipada, one of the former directors of the&nbsp, the by-election took place.

Mr. Sawang responded to a question raised by the Thai Pakdee Party’s liberal leader regarding the legitimacy of the Move Forward MPs ‘ new home, the People’s Party, following its demise next year.

Dr. Warong Dechgitvigrom, the head of the Thai Pakdee, doubted that the party’s ability to have at least one unit per region in the nation was mandated by law on Sunday. He added that he intended to request an investigation into the situation from the EC.

Dr Warong said that according to the EC site, the Women’s Party did not include trees in the South and the Northeast.
