The country authorized eight more Covid-19 fatalities and 319 new cases accepted to hospitals during the previous 24 hours, the Public Health Ministry announced on Monday morning.

This compared with the 12 coronavirus-related fatalities plus 655 new instances admitted to hospitals reported on Weekend morning.

All the 319 brand new patients were local cases.

On Sunday, 1, 145 Covid-19 sufferers were discharged through hospitals after recovering from the coronavirus whilst 6, 860 others were receiving therapy (down from 7, 694 the previous day).

Because the pandemic started in earlier 2020, there have been 4, 678, 671 Covid-19 cases, including 2, 455, 236 this season, with 4, 639, 085 complete recoveries to date.

The accumulated death toll stood on 32, 726 since the beginning of the pandemic, which includes 11, 028 up to now this year.
